Questions owners ask
Do my customers need the app?
Yes. Customers register in the app, and their card QR code is shown there so the cashier can scan it. They also use the app to check balances, review transactions, top up and browse online deals.
What happens if a card is photographed?
The card number changes after the first purchase, so the copied number no longer works. Every redemption also requires the customer’s PIN.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. One login manages every branch, with a per-store dashboard and per-cashier reporting.
Does it replace my POS?
No. VoucherCard sits alongside your till for prepaid credit and vouchers. You keep your existing checkout.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan to keep cashier accounts, card generation and Premium analytics. Your data stays in place.
